By creating an account you will have access to:

      On every product page, you will find available sizes, colors, a description and the composition of the garment. Click on the product image to zoom in.

      Check your spam folder and make sure that ‘orders@nogreyarea.com’ are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will also prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking us in the future.

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the tracking number for your order.

      If you have signed up for an NGA account:

      1. Sign in to your account and under Order History, select the order number containing the garment(s) you would like to track.
      2. Scroll down the Order Summary page and click “Track”.

       If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to orders@nogreyarea.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. To purchase additional items, you will have to place a new order.

      1. We will refund the purchase price of garments that are returned in their original condition. Refer to our Shipping + Returns policy
      2. Your return request must be placed within 14 days from your order date.
      3. Choose the refund payment option
      4. If you wish to exchange your product, return it for store credit and use the store credit towards your new purchase. 

      No Grey Area reserves the right to refuse return of any garment that does not meet the return requirements at No Grey Area’s sole discretion.
      1. Sign in to your account and under Order History, click “Return” next to the order number containing the garment(s) you wish to return/exchange.
      2. If you don’t have an NGA account select “Return” from the order shipped email
      3. Fill in your order number and email ID.
      4. Select the garment(s) you’d like to return/exchange.
      5. Select your reason for returning/exchanging the garment.
      6. Select if you prefer to refund the amount to the original payment method or to refund to store credit
      7. If you wish to exchange your product, return it for store credit and use the store credit towards your new purchase.
      8. Once the return is processed you will receive an email confirmation with shipping instructions

      Refunds can take 7-14 days to process once we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Once processed it will take upto 72 hours before the credited amount reflects on your bank statement.

      We reach to most of the countries with additional shipping charges outside India. Read through our Shipping Policy to find the full list and shipping charges.

      We offer Expedited Shipping to all our customers within India, at no additional cost. The shipment is estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days from the time of confirmation depending on the city you live in.

      International shipping will have an estimated arrival period of 4-8 business days depending on customs clearance and the shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout.

      We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

      We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, Diners Club, JBC as well as debit cards from over 100 countries ( see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout).

      To re-set your password, follow the 'Forgotten password?' instructions on the Sign in page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
