Shipping + Returns.
We offer expedited shipping to all our customers within India, at no additional cost. The shipment is estimated to arrive within 1-4 business days from the date of your order depending on the city you live in. International shipping will have an estimated arrival period of 7-15 business days depending on customs clearance and the shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout.• All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays.
• All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
• To qualify for international free shipping, your order total after any discount should be above USD 250. However, you will still incur duty and custom charges.
Duties & Taxes
The price of our merchandise as mentioned on nogreyarea.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. NO GREY AREA reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge delivery charges which may include postal charges / shipment charges etc. that may be applicable for your country.
Domestic shipping security - Our courier partner will contact the customer once the package is being delivered. To ensure secure delivery of the package, we request the receiver of the package to provide their phone number and signature. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, the package will be returned to NO GREY AREA. NO GREY AREA will try to contact the client, in case of failure to deliver the package, we will cancel the order and reimburse the client.
International shipping - For security reasons, all purchases made on nogreyarea.com will require the signature of the client (or of an adult nominated representative) upon receipt of the order. All orders are delivered by DHL. The courier may require the person who collects the package to show his/her ID. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 2 delivery attempts, generally on 2 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to No Grey Area. No Grey Area will try to contact the client, in case of failure to deliver the package, we will cancel the order and reimburse the client.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. To purchase additional items, you will have to place a new order.
We can attempt to cancel your purchase, however if you cancel after 24 hrs of the purchase, cancellations for these orders are not always possible. You can instead return your order for a refund via our free and easy returns service.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
If you have signed up for an No Grey Area account:
• Sign in to your account and under Order History, select the order number containing the garment(s) you would like to return.
• Scroll down the Order Summary page and click “Track”.
You can also check your order status by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your order with the link provided in your mail.
If you miss a delivery, our courier service will get in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the third attempt for the delivery is unsuccessful, the items will be returned to the NO GREY AREA warehouse. NO GREY AREA will try to contact the client and in case of failure to deliver the package, No Grey Area will cancel the order and reimburse the client.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:• Items must be returned within 14 days from the order date unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• All items must be returned with the original branded boxes, dust bags, jacket bags and hanger where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• If an item has a NO GREY AREA security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
• Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
• We only offer returns pickup from the same destination your order was delivered to.
• For any sales items, we will be unable to accept any cancellation once an order is placed.
• All online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered will be refunded within 30 calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation.
• The NGA Essentials (Masks, Hats & Caps) cannot be exchanged or returned once the product has been received by the customer.
Returns Process• Sign in to your account and under Order History, click “Return” next to the order number containing the garment(s) you wish to return/exchange.
• If you don’t have an NO GREY AREA account select “Return” from the order confirmation email.
• Fill in your order number and email ID.
• Select the garment(s) you’d like to return/exchange.
• Select your reason for returning/exchanging the garment.
• Select if you prefer to refund the amount to the original payment method or store credit.
• If you wish to exchange your product(s), you may return it for store credit and use the store credit towards your new purchase. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
• Once the return is processed you will receive an email confirmation with shipping instructions.
Prepare your package with the returns tag enclosed in your invoice. Here’s how:• A return label has been included on your invoice. Ensure the return label is cut and stuck on top of the package.
• A courier will collect your order from the shipping address within 1-2 business days from when you receive the return confirmation email.
Please note: We can only offer a free returns pick up from the same destination your order was shipped to.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your payment method. You can track your return through the return emails sent from No Grey Area.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund or store credit for the defective item.
Sale garments for return
We will be unable to accept any cancellations or refunds once an order is placed during sale period(s).
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (" the shipping confirmation"). A contract with us will be deemed to exist only when you receive the shipping confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products and services whose shipment we have confirmed in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products or services which may have been part of your order in the same or a separate order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order, or any portion thereof at our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.
NO GREY AREA shall take responsibility for products which are lost in transit either by way of refund or store credit or NO GREY AREA may replace the product(s) lost in transit. However, the purchaser shall not be entitled to cancel orders pertaining to products which have been lost in transit.
Some products on the website are of a limited quantity or release (“limited release”). In the event you wish to order a product that is a limited release, you agree that once your order is placed you cannot make any changes to size, address, or any other information.
